Most DFW offices need restrooms and break rooms cleaned several times a week, and the rest of the floor weekly. Dense floors (under 150 sqft per person) usually need 2 or 3 visits. Light-use suites can go weekly or biweekly. Set frequency by zone, not a blanket twice-a-week default.

Yes. Supplies, equipment, and products are included in a standard contract. Restroom paper and soap are usually yours unless we agree to restock them. Carpet extraction, floor waxing, and exterior windows are separate line items.

A medical suite needs a written infection-control protocol, EPA-registered disinfectants with documented dwell times, color-coded supplies, and OSHA bloodborne-pathogen training. Hospital-grade on a flyer is not that protocol. We clean clinics and professional suites, not hospitals or operating rooms.

We can often handle an urgent reset, a spill, or an after-hours incident on a building we already service. Water damage, fire, and mold are restoration jobs. We will tell you if you need a restoration company instead.

Most offices are cleaned after close so the crew is gone before people arrive. If the floor stays busy, a day porter covers restrooms, the lobby, and spills during the day. That is a separate job from the night reset.

Square footage, building type, visits per week, and the written scope. You can get a typical monthly range on the site. The firm number comes after we walk the building. We do not quote commercial cleaning off a square-footage guess alone.

Yes. Month-to-month and longer terms are both available. Longer terms can lower the monthly rate. The scope stays written either way, so you can see what you are paying for.

Give us 24 hours for a regular visit and 48 hours for a deep clean when you can. If something blows up the same day, call. We handle true emergencies case by case.

We use products that match the job. Offices often get greener options. Medical and food-adjacent rooms need EPA-registered disinfectants with a real dwell time. Green language does not replace a protocol.

The scope names the tasks. Crews log the visit. Supervisors check the work. If something is missed, we come back and make it right. A vendor with no photo log and no make-it-right rule is asking you to trust an invoice.

Yes. Staff are background-checked. We are bonded and carry $2 million in general liability. Certificates go to your building or property manager whenever they ask.
