What’s included in post-construction cleaning?
Dust, debris, glass, floors, and fixtures in the rooms we agree on. We set the list when we walk the site. If there’s heavy debris the GC should haul, we tell you.
Is this the same as deep cleaning?
No. This happens after the trades leave and before anyone moves in. A deep clean is for a building people already use.
How fast can you turn a space around?
It depends on the size and how the site was left. We give you a realistic date when we look at it, not one that sounds good and then slips.
Do you handle water, fire, or mold damage?
No. That’s restoration work and it needs a licensed company for it.
Once people move in, that’s a different job
Ongoing office, medical, or retail cleaning starts after occupancy. A deep clean is for a building already in use, not for construction dust.
