Warehouse and industrial cleaning services

The office and the warehouse floor are two different jobs.

A Grand Prairie park with a lobby in front of a plant is not one square-footage number. We clean the offices, restrooms, lockers, and docks as they actually get used, and we price the open floor on its own.

Reliable cleaning without break-room grievances, slip hazards, or OSHA nitpicks on the floor.

Quoted the way the building actually runs.

  • Office square footage is not dock square footage.

Mezzanine offices, restrooms, and the break room get an office program. Open concrete, docks, and production aisles are a different rate and a different machine. Those stay on separate lines so you can see what each one costs.

  • We work around the shift, not through it.

Night crews, second shift, and receiving windows decide when a floor can actually be cleaned. We set access, PPE, and quiet hours with the facility manager before the first visit so nobody is auto-scrubbing while a trailer is being unloaded.

  • Break rooms and restrooms still have to pass Monday.

Warehouse complaints rarely start on the racking. They start in the locker room, the restrooms, and the break room. Those rooms get the same standard as a front office, every visit.

Why Dream Cleaned

We’re a veteran-owned cleaning company based in Dallas. Warehouse work around DFW is usually a front office plus a plant floor, not a giant open box at one cheap rate. Bonded, $2M insured, certificates to your building whenever they ask. 5.0 on Google.

How can we help?

Tell us roughly how much is office versus warehouse floor, how many restrooms and docks, and when the shift ends. You’ll see a typical monthly range right away. Then we come look at the building.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does warehouse cleaning cost in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Warehouse floors usually run lower per square foot than offices because a lot of the space is open concrete. Offices, restrooms, and lockers inside the same building are quoted closer to an office rate. The form gives you a typical monthly range. The real number comes after we walk the floor.

Do you clean the production floor and the offices as one job?

Only if you want them on one invoice. We still write them as two scopes. The office, restrooms, and break room are one program. Docks and open concrete are another. Mixing them into one cheap number is how the restrooms get skipped.

Can you work around second shift and receiving?

Yes. Most warehouse programs run after the floor empties or between shifts. Badges, PPE, forklift traffic, and which docks can be wet get set with the facility manager before night one.

Work that is not part of the nightly warehouse job

A day porter, post-construction dust, and a deep reset of the offices are separate purchases. We price them on their own so a dock sweep does not hide inside an office invoice.
